| "Researching the concept of entropy has been a major influence on my work. I am intrigued by energy change and its irreversibility, balance and equilibrium, tension, chaos and order. I have applied these themes to my observations of the movement of people in a city. My paintings are a visualisation of my interpretation of these ideas."
